NO MORE CONFLICTS
There is a lot of talk about change. It seems that we are not in a time of crisis, but rather in the crisis of our time. And change produces conflict. In fact, there is no change without conflict.
While the world is changing with enormous speed, uncertainty takes over us more and more intensely. The enormous complexity of the present situation affects us and all organizations, whatever they are. Interpersonal relationships and social groups of all kinds show agitation and tension, typical of the circumstances we live in. What shall we do?
This is the pertinent question when our mental schemes acquired are encountered with high doses of insecurity, when stress is imposed by internal and external factors to the organization that every day “suffers” more. In reality, people who have executive responsibilities in any organization, company or human group are those taking the weight of events, taking ongoing trains, making decisions in difficult environments, risking or blocking.
The purpose of this book is to provide analysis tools and action guidelines for these people who are screaming for someone to help them resolve their tensions. They want going back to work to be a satisfying task, to see light between so much fog.
